2. Filing a Counter-Notice

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original copyright holder files a court action against you within 10 business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
DistroMyMusic.com takes copyright infringement seriously. We maintain a policy for terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
